The property is ideal for couples and having four bedrooms can cater for families also.
Note:- The farm house is self contained with access to a large garden. The owners use the cottage and have their own parking and garden area.

Farm House
Max number of people is strictly 6.
No pets, linen / towels not supplied
April / May / Sept /Oct £300 pw (Incl Electricity allowance*)
June / Mid July £355 pw (Incl Electricity allowance*)
Mid July / Aug £525 pw (Incl Electricity allowance*)
Water is included in these prices, 200 units of electricty* / pw included, which normally is sufficient.
Cottage
Not available for rental during 2014. (Owner uses the cottage from time to time)
